Chesterfield Sunday 6-a-side Football League continued its thrilling season with some closely contested matches in week 3 across divisions.
In Division 1, we saw Manjdog Men secure a narrow victory over WFC with a scoreline of 3-2. In another face-off, Jaipur Jockeys outplayed Ladzio with a 2-1 victory, ensuring their position remains strong in the standings.
Moving onto Division 2, the heated contest between Parking The Bus FC and “Norfolk & Good” ended with the latter emerging victorious with a 2-0 victory. The high-scoring match between Nigerian Nightmares and DFM FC kept spectators on their toes, with DFM FC pulling off a 4-3 win in a thrilling game.
The competition in Division 3 saw only one match, with Clean Breaks United edging out Misfits 3-2, in a game that could have gone either way.
In Division 4, Puyol Pants Down and Boca Seniors fought to a standstill in a thrilling 3-3 draw. However, the match of the night was undoubtedly Puff N Pass's clash with Expected Toulouse, which ended in a resounding 5-0 victory for Expected Toulouse.
Unfortunately, no matches took place in Division 5 this week.
The top scorers for each division are yet to be confirmed, but after last night's performance, many players have certainly staked their claim. With the competition heating up and teams battling for supremacy, the coming weeks of the Chesterfield Sunday 6-a-side Football League promise to be electrifying.
