Action-Packed Week Two in the Chesterfield Sunday 6 a Side Football League

The Chesterfield Sunday 6 a Side Football league did not disappoint fans in the second week of the season. As the teams in Divisions 1, 2, 3, and 4 battled it out, spectators were treated to a feast of footballing brilliance.

In Division 1, Hawk Tuah Fc came out on top in a closely contested match against Norfolk & Good, securing a 3-2 win. Over on another pitch, Ladzio hit the net nine times in a high-scoring match against BTPSG FC, who scored four goals. Misfits beat NetSixNchill 4-1 in another clash.

Division 2 saw Camber Sands Caravan Club edge out Clean Breaks United in a 2-1 victory. CFR Clunj, despite having the week's most valued player in their ranks, Alfie Milnes, couldn't fend off Getafe Me Mason, falling to a 5-1 defeat. Wetherspoon Wanderers also tasted defeat, losing 4-2 to Inter Your Nan.

In Division 3, Noballs United scraped a 2-1 win against 5 Guys And Basset. Six Offenders also secured a narrow win against Puyol Pants Down, triumphing by 2 goals to 1.

Atletico Biffin and Marvel Assemble had an intense face-off in Division 4, the latter seizing a 2-1 victory. Jamface Fc fell 5-2 to Murphy’s Men, while The Subs Bench suffered a heavy 6-1 defeat against Sideways And Backwards.

Unfortunately, there were no matches in Division 5 to report this week.

As the teams continue to vie for their respective division titles, the excitement is sure to ramp up in the coming weeks. Special mention to Alfie Milnes, the most valued player of the week, whose performance for CFR Clunj, despite their loss, showed exceptional skill and tenacity.
