LEAGUE CANCELLED ON MONDAY AUGUST 25TH DUE TO BANK HOLIDAY
TEAM REMINDER- The Leagues is closed on August 25th due to the bank holiday weekend, the league resumes as normal on Monday September 1st.
In the Premier League division, Sheffield Monday stole the limelight with an impressive 4-1 victory over ANCHOR FC. Meanwhile, Hoole Rangers FC clinched a 2-1 win over PlayLikeAlmiron, showcasing their resilient defense and solid attacking prowess. Team 1 were in fine form as they beat Big L 3-1. Mickys Magnificent 7 return to competive action on September 1st
The Division 1 matches were equally gripping. WoolyBack Rovers outplayed Huzzy Wuzzie FC 3-0, while Rovers Return came out on top in a nine-goal thriller against The Bouv FC, ending the game 7-2. Both Black Rabbit FC and Reeves Rovers demonstrated their balanced gameplay in 1-1 draws against their respective opponents.
The action continued in Division 2, with a nail-biting 1-0 victory by Rising Stars FC over Inhaler FC, suggesting a promising season ahead. YO YO FC emerged as the highest scorers of the division, netting five goals against M&S Bank FC.
Division 3 saw Released On Bale securing a clean sheet with a 2-0 win over Luton United. Opera Grill FC and Rubber Dingy Rapids FC also made their mark with 3-1 victories against The Danes and ESC7 respectively.
