Cowes Tuesday 6 a side news | WEEK 2

Last night saw the second week of thrilling action in the Cowes Tuesday 6 a side Football League. Teams across the Premier League and Division 1 divisions left no stone unturned, showcasing their prowess on the field, with goals aplenty and plenty of excitement for fans.

PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League division, Mo's Salads utterly dominated the playing field, trouncing Diddy Eh Drogba with a jaw-dropping 10-0 victory. This landslide win pulled Mo's Salads significantly ahead in terms of goal difference. Simultaneously, Leaping Lords leapt over The Grill Gang with a solid 6-3 win. Meanwhile, Obi Wan Iwobi stood victorious with a 4-1 triumph over Vectis Road Ultras.

DIVISION ONE
The Division 1 games were no less captivating. Lads On Toure outperformed Just Put Matip In with a 7-3 win. Furthermore, Khedira Pin Drop II scored a 3-1 victory over GLM FC, while a closely contested and highly charged match between Precise FC and Nonchalant ended in a 6-6 draw.

The highlight of the week, however, was the unmatched performance of Bill Wilkinson from Obi Wan Iwobi. Wilkinson was named the Most Valued Player of the week, demonstrating exemplary skill and sportsmanship on the field.

The top scorers for each division are yet to be confirmed, but with the high-scoring games seen this week, the competition is certainly heating up. The Cowes Tuesday Football League never fails to deliver exhilarating sporting action, and fans are eagerly anticipating what Week 3 will bring!
