Results round up - Cowes Tuesday 6 a side

Another cold evening for April down at our Cowes Tuesday 6 a side league at Cowes Enterprise college last night.

There was little change at the top of the table as the top 3 all won their matches. St Mary's who have come in and taken over top spot from Realsosobad picked up another win in their second week as they defeated Pique Blinders 5-0 with goals from Rees, Tillbrook, Dubrey and a brace from Remi Rees. Thorness Bay bounced back from their loss last week to win 6-3 against Fake Madrid, captain Tyler Wakeford with all six goals. Old Guns are in blistering form as they defeated Notting Your Mums Forest 5-1 to move up to third, considering they were late joining the league they've done well to push themselves up the table. Billy Chugg scored 2 while Tombleson, Cotton and Williams grabbed the others. Finally Ice Island secured their first win since returning to 6 a side as they beat Expected Toulouse 6-0. A hat-trick for Ross Dunford plus a brace from Higgins and one from Perrin gave them the points.

Thank you to all the teams last night and our refs Dave, Nick and Jamie for helping out. See you all next week!
