LEAGUE CANCELLED ON MONDAY AUGUST 25TH DUE TO BANK HOLIDAY
TEAM REMINDER- The Monday league is closed on August 25th due to the bank holiday weekend, the league resumes as normal on Monday September 1st.
In the Premier League, the evening was dominated by high scoring matches. Whales Wanderers displayed a commanding performance with a 13-1 victory over Falcons. UltrAslan Stoke showed their mettle with a strong 6-2 triumph over Unknown Fc. GIMPS FC edged OZK in a nail-biting 4-3 match and Gowl Road Fc defeated AFC YOUNG WOLFS with a solid 4-1 finish.
Division 1 was equally sensational. Inter Row Z maintained a clean sheet in their magnificent 6-0 win against Bus Drivers FC. Stondon FC affirmed their superiority over Castle Orange by netting 10 goals against 4. In a closely contested game, TherealMBBz just managed to scrape a 4-3 victory over Pussy Platoon.
Finally, in Division 2, Big Boys Fc emerged victorious against Chinston Wurchall with a comfortable 3-1 win. Boughey XI outclassed league debutants Kentucky Fried Ballerz in a 4-1 match. In a remarkable display of offensive prowess, 6ix Guys beat Inter Ma Lamb with an 11-0 scoreline.
As we look ahead, the league continues to promise more breathtaking games as teams vie for supremacy in their respective divisions, setting up an exciting week 12 in the Newcastle Under Lyme Monday league.
