It was fantastic evening of football at Newcastle Under Lyme Leisure Leagues on Monday which saw our champions crowned

In the Premier League, AFC YOUNG WOLFS managed to hold The Falcons to a 2-2 draw in a riveting match. However, the real headline of the night came from Gowl Road FC who obliterated Sniffer Dogs, giving them a run for their money with a massive 6-0 victory. The thrilling match between Unknown FC and OZK ended in a deadlock with a score of 1-1. Meanwhile, GIMPS FC made an astonishing performance against TherealMBBz, securing a 4-1 victory.

The final week also marked the celebration of the league winners. GIMPS FC emerged as the Premier League champions, finishing strong with a whopping 22 points and 10 wins. 

In Division 1, Whales Wanderers put up a strong front against Bus Drivers FC, marking a clean 4-0 victory. The league concluded with Inter Row Z taking the Division 1 title home on the back of their 8 points and 4 impressive wins.
