Play in the Newcastle Under Lyme Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Our Newcastle Under Lyme Monday Football League kicked off its new season last night with a host of new teams joining us.

In what was an exhilarating start to the Premier League, Whales Wanderers showed impressive form with a solid 5-2 victory over AFC Young Wolf. Not falling far behind, UltrAslan Stoke clinched a win against Boughey XI with a scoreline of 6-4. GIMPS FC, however, stole the show with a captivating 9-0 triumph over TherealMBBz, making their mark as the top scorers of the division. The final match of the Premier League saw OZK emerging victorious against Gowl Road Fc, closing the match at 5-3.

In Division 1, Unknown FC commanded the field with a 7-1 win over Bus Drivers FC. Kentucky Fried Ballerz followed suit, shutting out Castle Orange with a commanding 7-0 scoreline, securing their position as the top scorers in Division 1. Falcons also claimed three points with a 3-1 victory against Club Tropicana Drinks FC.

Division 2 saw Madeley White Star securing a narrow 1-0 win over 6ix Guys. The highlight of the evening, however, was BCA's robust performance against Peak FC, ending the match with a convincing 4-0 victory and taking the crown as the top scorers for Division 2.

These initial matches set the tone for what's poised to be an action-packed season. The competition is fierce and the teams are eager to prove their mettle.  As the Newcastle Under Lyme Monday Football League rolls on, may the best teams win.
