Play in the Newcastle Under Lyme Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a fantastic evening of action at Newcastle Under Lyme Leisure Leagues on Monday, we were delighted to welcome Barely Athletic who were very impressive on their debut in the Premier League.

In the Premier League, AFC YOUNG WOLFS clinched a thrilling victory over Barely Athletic in a high-scoring match that ended 6-5. UltrAslan Stoke edged out OZK 3-2 in a closely contested match. Displaying a masterclass in offensive play, Gowl Road Fc overcame Whales Wanderers with a  9-2 scoreline. Finally, GIMPS FC pulled off a narrow win over Boughey XI, winning 4-3 in a thrilling encounter.

In Division 1, Inter Row Z exhibited a dominant performance, keeping a clean slate against Bus Drivers FC with a 4-0 victory. Kentucky Fried Ballerz outplayed Falcons, securing a 5-2 win. The biggest upset of the night was Unknown FC's 5-0 victory over Club Tropicana Drinks FC, demonstrating their prowess and determination. Stone return to competitive action as normal next week.

Lastly, in Division 2, Madeley White Star beat Inter Ma Lamb with a significant 7-1 scoreline. Similarly, 6ix Guys produced a commanding performance over BCA, triumphing with a 7-1 win, maintaining their dominance in the division.

The top scorers for each division were instrumental in their teams' performances. In the Premier League, Gowl Road Fc's offensive line stood out, while in Division 1, Unknown FC's strikers turned heads with their goal-scoring spree. In Division 2, 6ix Guys and Madeley White Star shared the limelight thanks to their attacking prowess.
