LICHFIELD MONDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE SEES FIERCE COMPETITION IN WEEK 2

It was a good evening of action at Lichfield Leisure Leagues on Monday which saw some stand out results across the divisions.

In the Premier League, SHOW ME THE MANE and MK Dongs couldn't manage to break the deadlock, resulting in a goalless draw. Pique Blinders suffered a narrow defeat against Perth Glory Hole, with the final score reading 2-3. The top scorer for Premier League was the forward from Perth Glory Hole with an impressive two goals to his name. Colonel Getafe return to competitive action as normal next week.

Division 1 witnessed 99 Problems But A Pitch Ain't One recording a victory over Bobcats Bombers with a scoreline of 3-2. Yes Chef emerged victorious against Slick Ricks Army, scoring 4 goals to 2. Drop It Like It's Slot rounded off the night with a 3-1 win over Parks Poachers. 

Over to Division 2, Tea And Busquets and Murder On Zidanes Floor concluded their match with a goalless stalemate. Shortbutts FC edged past Losing My Reguilon winning 3-2. The goal-scoring spree in Division 2 was dominated by the striker from Shortbutts FC who scored two goals.
