Play in the Oxford Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Football fans were treated to a thrilling spectacle in the ninth week of the Oxford Monday 5-a-side Football League, with teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 showcasing their skills and sportsmanship.

In the Premier League, GB United was in fine form, defeating THE 9AM NO-SHOWS with a remarkable 8-4 scoreline. Misfits also had a strong performance, beating Weee Charvas FC 7-4. The Ninja Skrtels won a close contest against The Pythonators, edging them out with a 3-2 victory.

The Division 1 matches were just as exciting. Lads On Toure overpowered Invanity 5-1, while Puyol Pants Down FC and YBW ended their match in a 3-3 draw. An impressive display from Trout FC saw them secure a 3-1 victory over FC Copenbadly.

In Division 2, DClin Utd delivered the standout performance of the week, crushing Emmaus Eagles FC with a stunning 9-0 victory. This game also saw the crowning of the most valued player of the week, John Kerr from DCLin Utd. Lightning Squad narrowly defeated Lightning FC 14-13 in an incredible high-scoring match, while The Silver Dragons and Shut The FA Cup ended their game in a 6-6 draw.

Despite the fierce competition, all players displayed commendable sportsmanship and teamwork, making this week's games a true highlight of the season. With John Kerr's fantastic performance, DClin Utd is surely a team to watch in the coming weeks.
