Birmingham Sunday Football League: Week 6 Roundup

The Birmingham Sunday Football League demonstrated yet another thrilling week of football as teams across the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3 went head to head in a bid to climb up their respective tables. The week was marked by some exceptional individual performances and high-scoring encounters.


In the Premier League, Cadballerz edged past Real Madri in a nail-biting match that ended 3-2. Meanwhile, an intense goal-fest was witnessed as the Chasers On Tour outplayed LMAFC with a 6-4 victory. Luke from LMAFC stole the spotlight, seizing the title of top scorer for this week by netting a total of three goals. 

Most Valuable Players- Rhys (Chasers) and Dave (Cadballerz)

Over in Division 1, the Hawks succumbed to a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Unfit FC. On the other hand, Scorgasm FC dominated the field with a commanding 7-1 victory over FCB, where Keyan Rizgar shone as the top scorer, courtesy of his hat-trick.

Most Valuable Players- Keyan (Scorgasm) and Ryan (Unfit)

In Division 2, the match between 2 Girls 1 Klopp and SIIUUUUUUU was a cliffhanger, ending 4-3 in favour of SIIUUUUUUU. Avengers Assombalonga and Petr Cech Yourself settled for a 2-2 draw, while Mcginn And Tonic outclassed Gangsters Allardyce with a 7-2 victory. Ethan from SIIUUUUUUU emerged as the top scorer with two goals to his name.

Most Valuable Players- Charlie (Siuuuu) Niall (Mcginn and tonic) and Tom (Avengers Assombalonga)

Finally, Division 3 saw intense competition as Huzzless FC fell to a 4-2 defeat against Top Shotters. LTRT FC narrowly beat Sporting Lesbian 2-1 and Muburak FC triumphed over Southside Strikers with a resounding 7-2 win. Ollie of Top Shotters was the standout player for this division, scoring three goals.
