ABINGDON MONDAY 5 A SIDE RESULTS - MATCH DAY 9

In the Abingdon Monday football league, week 9 action saw dramatic results in all three divisions, with teams battling it out fiercely under the floodlights.

DIVISION ONE  

In Division 1, Egg Fried Reus ran riot against Anker United with a record-breaking 18-3 win with the team producing an extraordinary display of teamwork and skill. Osama emerged victorious against Backstreet Moyes in a thrilling match, securing an 8-5 win, keeping their faint title hopes alive.

DIVISION TWO

Division 2 saw its share of action as well. Intayanan put in a strong performance against Cunning Stunts, securing a 4-2 win. Only Put Matip In also showed their dominance, defeating Hardly Athletic 5-1. However, the highlight of the night was undoubtedly the match between Ivory Toast and Goals Aloud, with Goals Aloud triumphing 7-4 in a high-scoring encounter. FC Unts squeezed past Puyol Pants Down 3-2 to leapfrog them to the top of the table on goal difference. The other game saw Survey Monkey's defeat Substandard Liege 9-2.

DIVISION THREE

In Division 3, there was no shortage of goals either. Kick It In The Net-ics narrowly defeated Bumfica 3-2, while Eze Top 3 outclassed His Mind FC with a 6-2 win. Fiorentina Turner also secured a comfortable victory over Adam Johnsons U9s, winning 5-2. Expected Toulouse FC, however, proved to be the top scorers of the division, beating Schofields U15s with a big 10-2 victory. Leaders The Broad Beans also managed a stunning 14-4 win against Wenger Fun Stops Stop.

Overall, the Abingdon Monday football league week 9 was nothing short of a spectacle. Each division witnessed its share of thrill, skill, and unprecedented scores.
