Abingdon Monday 5 a side news - New Season Kicks Off!

The much-anticipated Abingdon Monday Football League kicked off yesterday, as teams from four divisions showed impressive performances in the first week of the season. Teams from Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, and Division 4 all took to the field in an exciting evening of football.

Division 1
In Division 1, The Broad Beans set the tone for the season with a definitive 14-2 victory over 2 In The Pink, marking them as one to watch this season. Tescos Finest and OJ UTD also made strong starts with respective victories over Expected Toulouse FC and Pathetico Madrid.

Division 2

Division 4
In Division 4, AgeDoesntMata pulled off a narrow win against Queens Park Strangers, while Local Benchwarmers came out on top in their match against Altrad V. The Europa Ballers also started strong, overcoming Kante Be Stopped with a 5-1 scoreline.
