Play in the Solihull Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The Solihull Monday 6-a-side Football league saw high drama and an avalanche of goals in its fifth week. In a night of thrilling football, teams from the Premier League and Division 1 locked horns under the floodlights.

In the Premier League, Django Balls went head-to-head with Only Put Matip In, in a nail-biting fixture that ended 3-2 in favor of the latter. Gab, the star player of Only Put Matip In, rose to the occasion and netted twice, making him the top scorer in the division. Goals Aloud also had an impressive outing, thumping Peas FC 6-1 in a one-sided match. The other game in the division witnessed Zooted And Booted squaring off against AG Milan, which culminated in a narrow 4-3 victory for AG Milan.

Division 1 also saw its share of action and excitement. Bust A NutMeg outclassed 2 IN THE PINK, securing a comprehensive 7-1 victory, with Dan Summers scoring a hat-trick, making him the leading scorer in this division. A AND E MILAN squeezed past Sweet F.A. 2-1 in a match that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats. The final match in this division, an eleven-goal thriller, saw The Cesc Pistols fall to Tugs Fc 7-4.

As we head into Week 6, the competition is heating up in both divisions. The race for the top spot, as well as the golden boot, remains wide open. The supporters can look forward to another round of exciting football next week.
